Private COVID Vaccination Service

Medwin Pharmacy provides a private COVID-19 vaccination service for people who are not eligible for the NHS programme, or who would like to be vaccinated at a time that suits them.

How does the service work?

Book an appointment with us and a trained member of our pharmacy team will talk through a short set of screening questions to make sure the vaccine is suitable for you.

The vaccine is then given in our private consultation room. You may be asked to wait a short time afterwards so our team can check you are feeling well before you leave.

We will give you a record of your vaccination for your own reference and for travel purposes if you need one.

Who is this service for?

The private service is intended for anyone who falls outside the current NHS eligibility criteria, or who needs a vaccination sooner than the NHS programme allows — for example ahead of travel or a family event. If you are eligible for a free NHS COVID-19 vaccination, our team will tell you and point you to the NHS service instead.
